After Purchase and Before Delivery: We dispatch all orders within one day so if you wish to cancel your order before delivery, please contact us as soon as possible. However, depending on the time of your order, we cannot guarantee that we can cancel your order before delivery.
After Purchase and After Delivery: If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so within 7 days after delivery. You will receive a full refund for your item, provided you return the unused product in its original packaging.
Method of Refund: Refunds are returned to the same form of payment as used at the purchase. We will process your refund within 3-5 business days after we receive the item back.
Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Goods: In the unfortunate case that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please let us know as soon as possible but within 7 days as the latest. Please email us on email@example.com and attach a photo to your email about the product you received when communicating with us. We will reply to you within 48 hours.
We can offer either a replacement product or a full refund depending on your choice. We will also arrange the collection of your faulty product or offer you not to return the damaged goods.
Products Returned Exceeding the Cancellation Period: After the normal 7 days cancellation period, you can only return a product if it is damaged or defective. We offer 6 months guarantee on our products which means that you can get a replacement product for your faulty goods or 20% discount on a new purchase. Please contact us via email on firstname.lastname@example.org explaining your issue with a photo attached and we will come back to you within 48 hours.
