This is so easy to clean. A smaller one or rounded edges would be easier for a short haired cat but you get used to it with practice. This is probably all you need for a long haired cat but I still use my soft brush for a harder groom as he loves a brush and I think you need to be a little lighter with this brush on a short hair moggy but it is very good for removing hair especially when moulting.
